1. Eligibility
The Contest is open to legal residents of Pennsylvania who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. Employees of Scotty Dog’s Lounge & Grill are eligible to participate and win prizes and compete under the same rules and scoring system as all other participants. Each person may maintain only one Pro Pick’em account. The Contest is void where prohibited by law.
2. Contest Period
The Contest runs during the 2026 NFL regular season, Weeks 1 through 18. Each NFL regular-season week constitutes a separate weekly contest. Correct picks also accumulate throughout Weeks 1-18 to determine the season-long winners. Preseason, postseason, exhibition, and games designated by Scotty Dog’s as tests do not count unless Scotty Dog’s expressly announces otherwise.
3. Registration and Player Accounts
Participants must register through the Scotty Dog’s Pro Pick’em website. Registration requires a full name, valid email address, confirmation that the participant is at least 21 years old, and acceptance of these Official Rules. Participants may provide an optional nickname for public leaderboards. A participant must successfully verify their email address before their account becomes active. Email is the primary identifier for an account. Creating, controlling, or attempting to use multiple accounts to obtain additional entries may result in disqualification.
4. No Purchase Necessary / In-Person Participation
Participation is free. No food, beverage, merchandise, or other purchase is required to enter or win. Participants may access Pro Pick’em from anywhere to view existing picks, follow available game information, view standings, review previous weeks, view prizes and winners, read the rules, and use other non-entry features. However, making or changing an official pick or tiebreaker prediction requires the participant to be physically present within the designated Pro Pick’em entry area at or near Scotty Dog’s Lounge & Grill. The system uses the participant’s device location to verify eligibility to submit or modify an entry. If location cannot be verified or the participant is outside the permitted area, the system will not accept new or changed picks.
5. Weekly Picks
Each participant may have one official set of picks per NFL week. For each eligible game, the participant selects the team they believe will win. A correct pick earns 1 point. An incorrect pick earns 0 points. A game with no pick earns 0 points. If an NFL game officially ends in a tie, neither team is considered the winner for Pick’em scoring and no point is awarded for that game. Participants are not required to select every game.
6. Making and Changing Picks
Participants may make or change their selection for an individual game until that game’s scheduled kickoff time. Every new pick or change remains subject to the in-person/geofence requirement. Once a game reaches its scheduled kickoff time, that game is locked: its existing pick cannot be changed or removed, and a missing pick cannot be added. Other games that have not yet kicked off remain available. Participants are responsible for confirming that their picks were successfully saved before kickoff.
7. NFL Schedule and Kickoff Changes
NFL schedules and kickoff times are subject to change, including flex scheduling, postponements, delays, and other official adjustments. If the scheduled kickoff time changes, Scotty Dog’s may update the Contest system to reflect the revised official kickoff time. Existing picks remain intact, and the locking deadline may move to correspond with the revised kickoff. The Contest system’s recorded kickoff time, submission time, and lock status will determine whether a pick was timely submitted.
8. Weekly Scoring
Each week, participants are ranked according to the number of correct picks for that NFL week. The participant with the greatest number of correct picks ranks highest, subject to the weekly tiebreaker. Live scores, standings, and rankings displayed while games are in progress are provisional. After all eligible games are final, the system calculates provisional standings and Scotty Dog’s reviews and confirms the results before weekly winners become official.
9. Weekly Tiebreaker
Each week will have a designated Monday Night Football total-points tiebreaker, or another game designated by Scotty Dog’s if necessary. Participants predict the total combined points scored by both teams in the designated game. The prediction may be submitted or changed until that game kicks off and is subject to the same geofence requirement. If participants tie in correct picks, the participant whose prediction is closest to the actual combined score ranks higher. Being above or below is treated equally; the absolute difference is used. If participants remain tied, a random drawing among the remaining tied participants will determine the applicable weekly prize placement.
10. Weekly Prizes
Weekly prizes are: 1st Place - $25 Scotty Dog’s Gift Card; 2nd Place - $10 Scotty Dog’s Gift Card + Scotty Dog’s Branded Swag; 3rd Place - Scotty Dog’s Branded Swag. A participant may win more than one weekly prize during the season. Winning a weekly prize does not reduce or affect the participant’s season-long score or eligibility for season prizes.
11. Season-Long Competition
Every correct eligible pick during NFL Weeks 1-18 also counts toward the participant’s Season Score. The Season Score is the cumulative total of correct picks throughout the regular-season Contest. Participants are not required to participate every week, but missed weeks and games provide no points. At the conclusion of Week 18, the participants with the highest cumulative scores are eligible for the season-long prizes.
12. Season-Long Prizes
Season-long prizes are: 1st Place - $300 Cash; 2nd Place - $150 Cash; 3rd Place - $50 Cash.
13. Season-Long Tiebreaker
If two or more participants finish with the same cumulative number of correct picks, the participant with the greatest number of weekly first-place finishes ranks higher. If still tied, the participant with the greatest number of weekly top-three finishes ranks higher. If participants remain tied, the cash prizes associated with the tied finishing positions will be combined and divided equally among the remaining tied participants. For example, two participants tied for first after all tiebreakers would split the combined $300 first-place and $150 second-place prizes, receiving $225 each, with the next participant receiving the third-place prize. Two participants tied for second would split the combined $150 second-place and $50 third-place prizes, receiving $100 each. If more than two participants remain tied, all prize positions occupied by those tied participants will be combined and divided equally as applicable.
14. Official Scores and Results
Pro Pick’em may display live NFL scores, possession information, game status, statistics, standings, and other game information while games are underway. Such information is provided for convenience and entertainment and is unofficial while games are in progress. Scotty Dog’s may correct scores, game statuses, schedule information, data-feed errors, scoring errors, leaderboard errors, or other technical or administrative errors. A displayed live or provisional ranking does not guarantee a prize. Scotty Dog’s confirms final weekly and season results before prizes become official.
15. Postponed, Suspended or Cancelled Games
If an NFL game is postponed, suspended, rescheduled, cancelled, or otherwise materially changed, Scotty Dog’s may adjust the game’s deadline or treatment as reasonably necessary. If a game is ultimately cancelled or cannot reasonably be scored for the Contest, Scotty Dog’s may remove that game from scoring. Any such determination will be applied consistently to all affected participants.
16. Winner Announcement and Prize Claims
Weekly winners will generally be determined after completion of the applicable NFL week and confirmation of the final standings. Winners may be announced through the Pro Pick’em website, Scotty Dog’s social media, in-house communications, email, or other Scotty Dog’s communication channels. Winners must claim their prize in person within 30 days of announcement. An unclaimed prize may be forfeited. Prizes may not be transferred or substituted except at Scotty Dog’s discretion.
17. Fair Play and Disqualification
Scotty Dog’s may reject an entry, deactivate an account, or disqualify a participant for conduct including creating or using multiple accounts; providing false registration information; attempting to circumvent or falsify geolocation; attempting to submit or modify picks after kickoff; manipulating or attempting to manipulate scoring, game locks, accounts, or leaderboards; using automated or fraudulent methods; interfering with the Contest website; exploiting a technical error rather than reporting it; or otherwise violating these Official Rules. All participants, including employees, are subject to the same rules.
18. Technical Issues
Scotty Dog’s is not responsible for failures or delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet or cellular outages, participant device failures, browser incompatibility, disabled or inaccurate location services, email delivery failures, hosting or server outages, third-party NFL data-feed delays or errors, or other technical problems. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their picks and tiebreaker predictions show as successfully saved before the applicable deadline. The selections recorded in the Pro Pick’em database constitute the participant’s official entry.
19. Player Names, Nicknames and Privacy
Participants may choose an optional nickname for public display. Public leaderboards may display nickname or abbreviated display name, weekly score, season score, rank, and winner/prize status. Full email addresses, verification activity, session information, and location-verification information are not intended for public display. Scotty Dog’s reserves the right to reject, remove, or modify an inappropriate or offensive nickname.
20. Marketing Emails
Consent to receive Scotty Dog’s marketing or promotional emails is optional. A participant does not have to subscribe to marketing communications to register, participate, or win. Contest-related communications necessary to administer Pro Pick’em may still be sent to the email address associated with the participant’s account.
21. Publicity
By participating, winners agree that Scotty Dog’s may use their name, nickname, likeness, contest results, and/or prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
22. General Conditions
Scotty Dog’s reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, extend, shorten, or otherwise adjust the Contest if fraud, technical failure, NFL schedule changes, data errors, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity, security, administration, or fairness of the Contest. Scotty Dog’s may correct an obvious administrative, scoring, or technical error even if the correction changes a previously displayed provisional result. All decisions by Scotty Dog’s regarding eligibility, interpretation of these Official Rules, scoring, game treatment, tiebreakers, disqualification, and prize determination are final.
23. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Scotty Dog’s Lounge & Grill, its owners, employees, affiliates, and sponsors from claims, liabilities, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
